My city

Hi Ana

How are you? I hope you are well, I miss you. I’m so glad you are coming visit me next week. I’d love to see you again.
I'll talk a bit of my city. It is called Brasília, was built under President Juscelino Kubitschek and architected by Oscar Niemeyer. Brasilia was declared opened on April 21, 1960, but despite inaugurated, was not ready. It is located in the Midwest and it is the capital of Brazil. There is a perfect sky here and the sunset is one of the most beautiful in the world. Brasília is a big city and has averaged 2.6 million of inhabitants and is one of the most beautiful places for tourism in Brazil.
The main tourist spots of Brasília are: The National Congress, is the constitutional organ which exercises the functions of the legislature, namely, passing laws and overseeing the Brazilian State, as well as administer and judge. The Metropolitan Cathedral, was the first catholic monument to be built in Brasília, it is situated on the esplanade of ministries and is open every day for visits. The JK Bridge is another icon stamped postcard, especially at night, when it gets further highlighted. The National Museum is located on the Esplanade of Ministries and has the form of a dome. The Television Tower is a television transmission tower, it was designed by Lúcio Costa, it is one of the few important buildings in Brasília that are not a creation of Oscar Niemeyer and it is the second tallest structure in Brazil.
The worst thing about Brasília is that don’t have much to do during the day. There isn’t beach, just a lake, the lake Paranoá. But at night there are many parties and it is quite busy, there are many malls, cinema, bars, restaurants etc.
Brasília is a very good city and I’m looking forward to your arrival.

Kisses,

Sthefany
