Insomnia


            Dear Ana,
I have a problem! I can’t sleep at night , I try but I can’t sleep, I’m up all night and during the day I feel very tired. I’m going crazy, what should I do?

Dear John,
I know what is your problem, you have insomnia! This is terrible, sometimes me and my friends have this problem, but we can solve it, let me give some advice to help you.
First, you should do some exercise during the day. Swimming, martial arts, dancing, or doing any sport you like, are good examples of what you can do to leave you tired and sleepy at night. Why don’t you try going to the gym, walking or running, for example? You could have a cup of tea before bedtime, this will make you calm. You shouldn’t drink coffee, soda or eat other energy foods like chocolate. Why don’t you try taking some sleeping pills or you could sleep a little later. Also you should take a warm bath before bedtime.
Finally, if I were you, I would find a doctor and ask him to give me some sleeping pills. Also I would stop drinking and eating energy stuff and start having a cup of tea because it is lighter.
